Bought a new stick vacuum from Bill a couple weeks back, and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I wanted to do business face to face and learn about my different options and Bill spent a great deal of time going through products and answering questions. So far I’m very satisfied with my Miele vacuum and feel confident knowing I can bring it in to the store for service/warranty if needs be. I’ve been back a few times for accessories and hoses, and let me tell you, this shop is a vacuum wonderland. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, making each visit feel like a VIP tour of the vacuum universe.On my most recent visit, I was introduced to a flexible crevice attachment. I know, try to contain your excitement. But honestly, this little tool has been the highlight of my month. It’s flexible, it’s sneaky, and it gets into spots that I didn’t even know needed cleaning! Laugh if you want, but this thing is pure vacuum sorcery.If you think vacuuming is boring, you’re wrong. Get yourself to this shop and add some magic to your life with this crevice tool. Trust me, you’ll be the talk of your next dinner party. (Okay, maybe not, but your house will be spotless.)

Etobicoke Service Centre was excellent to work with. I contacted Bill as our central vacuum was having low suction. Bill set up an appointment to come see us just a few days later, and even came on a weekend to accommodate our work schedules. He showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and presented us a few options to move forward. He was able to fix a leak and upgrade our central vacuum system and the performance is much better now. Price was very reasonable for the quality of the work. I would highly recommend Bill for any central vacuum repair/replacement services.

Was shopping for a new central vacuum (ours was >20 years old and previous home owners had not maintained it at all), and chose this shop because of the many great reviews. Bill was very responsive by email, answered our questions in store, and installation was prompt (2 days after purchase). Price was very reasonable, and he even threw in a free 50-foot hose for our garage. I've been using the new central vacuum for a month and very happy. Definitely recommend!

I went in to repair my Miele vacuum that is 18 years old. Vacuum depot thought it was an electrical issue but actually it was sealer of the hose. The owner was kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. Definitely will be using them again. He saved me $1000 from buying another Miele vacuum.

Recently purchased a Cyclovac from Bill at Etobicoke Service Centre. This was our first house and neither my wife or I had any experience with central vacuums in the past, but Bill provide us with all the information we needed and walked us through the best options within our budget. He performed the installation himself and also helped repair a few accessories we had. The Cyclovac unit is incredible and we're very happy with the product and the purchase experience overall. Bill is such a pro, and also very friendly. We initially purchased our vacuum from him at Etobicoke Service Centre, and after 10 years, it worked great but recently a small piece broke off. My husband contacted Bill and he responded quickly. We took the vacuum in and it was fixed in a short few days with a very reasonable price. He also gave my vacuum a good clean and change of dust bag free of charge. A great experience. I brought in a vacuum cleaner and several parts that had become detached from inside the machine. I had not purchased the vacuum from Beam. Bill told me that he had not seen this problem before, but he would try to repair it. Two days later he called to say that the job was done. He did not charge for the service! When I need my next vacuum, I will be buying it here (he sells high quality machines). This was another reminder that dealing with a trusted small business provides better value that buying on-line or from the big stores. I will certainly be back, and recommend Beam without reservation!

There is a lot that can be said of the level of service and care Bill is providing his customers. The care, service level and expertise are very high level. I was provided with detailed information which helped me make a smarter/better decision with my investment. Got the best price for the beam unit. I also had purchased wall plates from home depot during construction and an issue came up with the vacuum hose fitting into the outlet. I got a response on my email inquiry immediately from Bill and was provided proper wall plates which resoled the issue. 5 star reviews are well deserved for the 5 star experience being provided.

Bill came out to our home after my Wife sucked up a sock in the central vacuum. It was a very suborn removal and he did not quit until it was out! After all that, he even made some slight adjustments to the machine that made a world of difference to the functionality of the main unit.Bill works careful (around the cars in the garage) and is very tidy and neat.I can’t recommend enough!

Excellent service, great pricing--all you need and more from a vacuum store! I'd driven past this local, privately owned shop many times, and when our vacuum stopped working, I brought it in for repair. I appreciated Bill's "tell it like it is" attitude: he admitted that trying to fix my vacuum was essentially throwing away money (the particular model/brand isn't easy to fix, and the parts are expensive, if you can even get them!) Instead, Bill showed me a vacuum that he recommended for my particular needs. Weeks later, I returned to purchase that vacuum, and it has been a godsend, with more features than my old vacuum, some I didn't even realize I wanted until I now use them. Plus, it comes with a 5-year warranty and repairs are done on-site. Finally, it was on sale! All told, I'll definitely work with Bill again for any vacuum service or purchases in the future.

Our old central vacuum had stopped working, and after a poor experience with the original manufacturer decided to try Beam. Really happy with our decision to go with Beam as Bill had been great. He provided the best replacement option for a good deal compared to others, and was very quick in installing. He provided helpful tips and was very patient throughout and with our questions. Highly recommend this place if you are not only looking for a new central vacuum but good customer service as well!

I contacted Bill @ Beam Central Vacuum based on the great reviews. From the start, it was clear that the positive reviews were warranted. Bill took the time to explain all my options and invited me to the store in order to explain all my options in greater detail. I had a lot of questions and he was able to explain and answer all of the them. We scheduled the install and the installer was great from the start as well. He explained his process and the install was clean and it was obvious that there was attention to detail. Once the installer was done, Bill made a follow up call in order to make sure I was satisfied with everything and to see if I had any questions. He registered my vac for warranty purposes and keeps everything on file for the future.As far as I'm concerned, this is the only place where anyone should go for anything central vacuum related. Thanks Bill!

How grateful I am to Bill Massis and to his Beam store! I was vacuuming all of the Golden Retriever hair on my living room floor when I smelled burning rubber and my vacuum shut off. I am embarrassed to say that I did not clean out the receptical and it was completely full of dog hair. I called Bill and he came over on a Sunday morning to have a look. Wouldn't you know it worked again! Anyway, I am so grateful to the care and customer service that Bill and Beam provided to me in my need. We had a central vacuum system for the last 15 years and we had so many issues with it that it was time to go for something new. We had read so many great reviews regarding Bill the owner, so we decided to give him a call which happened to be on the Easter Holiday weekend and didn't think anyone would answer the phone, sure enough Bill was there, I spoke to him and told him our issue with our vacuum and asked a few questions and he told us he would be going to the store that afternoon and said if we wanted to go there that day, so we decided to go and check out the vacuums and he explained everything we needed to know. not only did he let us go there on a holiday weekend but he actually came to install the unit for us on that same day!!! he went out of his way just for us!! I was really amazed because no one else would do that. we were impressed that he Installed and explained everything. That's what I call customer service!! This is simply the place to purchase or service your home vacuum. When our home central vacuum started having issue, we were referred by a few of our friends to this store as it was right in our local area. George was extremely knowledge, customer-oriented, and truth worthy as he was able to determine that the builders for our town house had installed the incorrect powered vacuum as it was meant for a 2 floor, not a 3 floor town house which we have. George was able to get a great deal on a Beam vacuum which include quick delivery and installation. Once the vacuum was installed, it worked like a charge.As for service, they are fantastic. Our housekeeper recently vacuumed something that got stuck in the hose of our central vacuum. I brought the hose to the store and Bill was able to quickly help me get the item out of the hose no problem.If you want to have a stress-free shopping and maintenance experience for a central vacuum, I strongly recommend that you contact them.

Bill at Etobicoke Service Center Ltd. is a trustworthy business owner and genuinely a good person. I highly recommend him if you are looking to install or replace your central vacuum. He gave me the straight goods when I was shopping around and did excellent work installing a replacement central vac unit in my home about 15 months ago. Recently, when I had an issue with the upgraded vacuum head I purchased at the time (now out of warranty) I called, he asked me to bring it and the hose in, fixed my issue with very quick and informative diagnosis on the spot and sent me home very happy without having spent a dime. You can't go wrong working with Bill and supporting this local family owned business...thank you Bill!

Our central vacume stopped working. The vacume part, the unit itself would turn on. We didn't want to purchase an entire new unit and thankfully we found this vacume shop and the lovely gentleman fixed the vacume part for us by changing the inside board I believe. He plugged it in for me to show me and even offered me to take it to the car. I was so happy with my service, this little mom and pop shop is amazing. Their entire store is dedicated to vacuums which is so rare to find in this disposable age we live in. If your vacume isn't working, I highly recommend you come by and speak to them bc there is a good chance, it can be repaired. They are professionals. Thank you so much for your warm and wonderful service! I will be telling everyone that I know about you.

Bill was very accommodating and pleasant to work with in replacing our 30-yr old canister. He selected the appropriate power unit for our needs and size of house and did not push any additional services or products with the sale. The install was very timely and efficient and I would highly recommend his services.
