I called the original manufacturer for advice, they gave me the contact of "Etobicoke Service Centre" as the nearest dealer to my home for me to check into directly. Ever since then, Bill from Etobicoke Service Centre has helped us check whether the old unit was really broken and could be fixed, provided suggestion on the replacement unit, and gave guidance on setting up the new unit. Bill has always been very patient on answering our questions that we asked through multiple phone calls and through visits to the store, whether before or after our purchasing. Excellent expertise and service. After decades of buying my vacuums at big box stores and always being disappointed, I finally found the place to go when you want lifetime quality and highly knowledgeable people to steer you to the right choice. They were very open and honest about the options, and even steered me to a cheaper model because it was right for my needs, which earned my trust. I'm also happy that I now have a 10 year warranty on a Sebo and know where to go if it ever needs repairs.

Really great sales and options for service. Bill had a D4 Premium canister vac and ET1 power head from Sebo I was interested in. It was in stock too. He helped me answer all the questions beyond what I could find on it from YouTube including considering a central vac maybe later for an older home. It's worth coming in and they have plenty of options from that manufacturer and more in stock and ready to show on display. Thanks so much.

My wife and I finally wanted to upgrade and buy a good quality bagged vacuum made in Germany after using standard big box store uprights. Beam Vacuum Systems sells several models of Miele and Sebo which were the brands we were looking at purchasing. Being able to handle the vacuum and look at different options was great and the main reason we chose not to buy online. We were helped by Bill who is very knowledgeable as he is also a service tech. He helped us decide which model to go with and his prices matched what we saw on the online vacuum warehouses. We decided on the Sebo E3 and when i looked at a pricier model Bill actually recommended against it based on our needs so no worries about being up sold here, very honest store. I highly recommend you check this place out if you're looking for a good quality vacuum that will last you decades.
